My wife and I contacted the Aldrich Group when relocating to Georgia and wanted to find someone local to perform our home renovation project. Cindy was incredibly helpful throughout the project and got us connected to other local businesses to source our materials. Cindy's husband, Stuart was accompanied by a worker and the two of them tackled 80% of the renovation. We had the floors on the main level replaced, including leveling the subfloor, along with new paint and a refreshed kitchen. We also had the lower portion of the deck screened in. We had Cindy and Stuart start working the day after closing on the house and my wife, son, and I moved in a few weeks into the project. Cindy and Stuart were very flexible and allowed us to move our things in while they were working on the renovation. Overall, the project went very well. Everything was done at the highest quality and, as I write this review almost a year later, we have not had any issues with the work they have completed. While the work done was fantastic, I would suggest considering that the project will take a little longer with two people working (they may have hired more since then) instead of a larger team. We can't say enough good things about the Aldrich Group and their work. First we had a 12' x 45' extension on an existing roof, covering an open deck. Everything went smooth. Then we had a kitchen remodel, which turned out great. A pantry cabinet, cabinets with drawers and/or pullout shelves, a Drawer Microwave and a former desk area made into a buffet, with lots of drawers, are just a few of the things we now enjoy. Over the last few years we have had many home improvements completed at our house. These include adding lighting, total gut and remodel of kitchen, replacing all of the flooring and extensive landscaping projects. Overall we have been very fortunate with the companies and individuals we worked with. We did have a few issues but overall fairly good. Our latest project involved the total remodel of 2 of our bathrooms going all the way back to studs. We chose the Aldrich Group to complete the task. We have never used them before but I must say we were more than pleased. They helped with design and every aspect of the project.(including fixing issues from our last contractor) They did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. If you have worked with contractors you know that is sometimes not the case. Our bathrooms turned out beautifully. They may not be the cheapest but they have been the best improvement experience we have ever had. Aldrich uses a project software program. They are constantly sending you updates where they are on the project and also keep you informed of any issues, shipping delays etc. If we ever have another issue or project with our home our first call will now be to the Aldrich Group. What a great remodeling experience! We hired The Aldrich Group to do a large remodeling project, kitchen, pantry, dining room, formal Iiving room, family room and master suite. It was a 8-10 week project that lasted 12 weeks due to a supplier that misquoted their lead time. Stuart and Cindy had a very well planned out timeline for our project and there wasn't a day that someone wasn't here working and Stuart and Cindy were here too. I asked them to design a renovation for my home, including turning a bedroom into a new easy-access bath, and turn my bath into a new laundry room. The most impressive feature of the house was the beautiful use of every inch of space, such as gorgeous kitchen cabinet shelving built into the " under stair" space, and super attractive shelving next to the fireplace to hold sound equipment.
